Copyright Threat - 03/20/00

This is the email threatening to SUE ME for COPYRIGHT OF TESLAS PATENTS by Bruce Perrault. Probably another CHEAP ATTEMPT to get attention for his pathetic website. He's never been able to comprehend the difference between hate and honesty, so I doubt he or his sycophants will be able to understand any of this.

If you find this as outrageous, stupid and illegal as I did, pass it around and print it in magazines so people will know to avoid this person and his bogus attempts to SELL the works and research of others SOLELY for his own personal benefit.

I won't dignify this insanity by providing his email or website as he certainly needs more attention and publicity so he can get more 'customers' to buy into his successes that have all of us in the free energy community so amazed and impressed!

Needless to say, he is welcome to TRY to sue me anytime he wants.

My edited response to Bruce Perrault on being told I must remove the Tesla patents which HE had COPYRIGHTED...HA!

How DARE you threaten me by claiming to COPYRIGHT TESLAs' patents....

You need to call a lawyer before you make such idiotic threats.

You cannot copyright patents that have LONG been in the public domain and that you did not write.

Your unmitigated gall is without bounds and I plan to forward your threat and post it publicly so people can see what you are.

I discussed it with my lawyer and he said you had no legal standing...he also says if you make threats to me about it or send any legal documents, to bring them to him immediately and he will determine our course of action....including the distinct possibility of harassment since I have all the emails you've pestered me with over the years.

You cannot stop, despite all the times I've asked, then demanded that you leave me alone and take your criminal scams to those gullible enough to believe your lies.

You know I have the email where you admitted that your SOLE PURPOSE for joining a mailing or discussion list, anywhere, WAS TO ADVERTISE YOUR JUNK to a captive audience..

I am still amazed that Bill Beaty and his bunch STILL don't recognize you for what you are, anyone who looks at Bills' Free Energy list archives, can clearly see that you have taken over his free energy list with one pathetic sniveling BS post after another from you, claiming success, claiming discovery, claiming suppression, claiming anything that will divert people's attention from the very basic facts, that you never had anything, you never will unless, like with this bogus copyright claim, YOU STEAL the work of people long dead or of such genius that you are not worthy to kiss their shoe.

Make all the threats you want publicly and give dates for WHEN you will seek action, like all those bogus FAILED DATES when your 'PRODUCTs' will be available. I'm here, easy to find. And be prepared for PROVING your case in a court of law, including establishing your, and I must use the term VERY loosely, 'character', based on your endless claims of success, product releases and suppression, that simply never happen(ed).

So play your games with someone you can bluster...bother me again with your insanity and risk the consequences...you should know better by now. Your email has been shared with many who will recognize your game...I'm ready for you anytime peewee and I'll be seeking serious DAMAGES...from a JURY trial...so crawl back under your rock.

I should have URGED the FRAUD class action suit against you that was being discussed when you ripped off all those people with the now defunct International Tesla Society by selling all those plans that you said worked, that you NEVER BUILT, knowing you were ripping people off. Its just a matter of time before you wind up where you belong.
