I agree with what you said except for "like everyone else." Where I came
from, SUVs were status symbols driven by soccer moms. SUVs certaintly have
legitimate uses, and it seems like you bought yours for the right reasons,
but all too often they are bought and driven only to carry groceries.

The other place I draw issue is "no early grave." There may indeed be an
early grave in an automobile accident, just not yours.
