Can you explain this in more detail? I have seen several people who =
claim to be running motors throught their 'magic' circuit and drawing =
less that 1/2 the power to run the motor. How do they fool the meter? =
By using a sweeping frequency from low to high and back down? How could =
I test for this to know if it is a scam? It there a web page that =
explains this ploy in more detail?
