protection of original ideas

G'day Keelynetters,

Here is a simple and cheap way to protect your ideas from rip-off merchants and scavengers.

Put your ideas in form of an affidavit and annex any documents and drawings that are relevant. Make two further
copies.

Take the affidavit, including copies, to an officer of the court and swear it. The court will sign and stamp the
documents right there and then and hand them back to you. I don't know how it is in other countries, but here in
Australia this service is free of charge.

An affidavit sworn before a court is a legal document and acceptable to ANY court in the land. It establishes not
only the content but also the time and date of the swearing.

It will give you as good a protection as any patent application will for just a bit of work.
