My theory is: the plasma is contained within a self generated magnetic
field which allows for electron breakdown and resultant EV charged
particles, radiation & excess energy discharge.
The capacitors and coil create a resonant circuit of unexplained
qualities in part - due to the plasma at the commutation point. (updated

With each contact a minimum of 4 events occur simultaneously;
1: an electromagnetic pulse is sent to the drive coil
2: the EMP causes rotation of the magnetic arbor
3:The EMP is immediately recaptured by the receiving coil, est. 95%
recapture
4: Plasma forms within the spark gap (updated 2/12/00)
The plasma drive above runs at upto & in excess of 190,000
pulses/minute.
Patents held by the Jupiter Toy Company show Plasma evidence in its
infancy, however the device presented here is a tabletop, self-contained
Plasma generator of superior discrete & unexplained properties - levels
above private research.
Transmutation of elements is to be expected - Radiation & X-Ray as well
as Helium detection are requested during testing.
The purpose of disclosing this information is to generate bids for the
assignment of this REVOLUTIONARY Energy Source.
