Hello all.

Another stupid question: Has anyone tried to build a false monopole
capacitor, where one or both "plates" are made from water? From let's
say a wet canvas?

May be this Wilson guy was not always thirsty and did not need the water
for the batteries and the engine coolant. May be somebody somewhere some
time ago realised, what cloudbuster is all about.

May be I will wrap a piece of plywood into a wet rag, stick it into a
garbage bag and wrap it into another wet rag. If I do that, what do I
need to make it into a capacitor, preferably with adjustable capacitance
and preferably a fairly high one? Let's say a few thousand volts?

Regards Slavek.
