Back in the 20s or 30s, I think, a very high-placed scientist at RCA discovered
that geomagnetic field activity could be predicted by the positions of the
planets. I found a copy of his article on the web a while ago, but I have no
idea where it was. Does anyone have it handy? (I have it in a book somewhere
too, but you haven't seen my book collection...)
