The DeAquine theory/experiments are intriguing. Although the details are
difficult to gather from the posted info - the drawings and descriptions are
severely lacking in clarity. The most complete description that I could find
is at the following:

The theory is way too math intensive for my taste, but I cannot find fault
with it. It appears to follow the lines that we have the correct source
material in the accepted science; just that we have not correctly interpreted
all the consequences of the accepted theories/models. (sounds like the same
theme that Bearden proposes)
And I find the concept of creating a gravity shielding effect using magnetic
fields to be most intriguing. ( and alternating fields at low frequencies
seem to correlate with Wagner's W Wave measurements of natural gravity waves
in plants)
My work takes a more intuitive approach, and lately I have been seriously
considering the concept that magnetic attraction and repulsion are actually
manifestations of the force of gravity.
The postulate is that a magnetic field is a flow of the aether, this flow (in
a non particulate tenuous but viscous fluid that is compressible) has
differing regions of velocity and density, and boundary layers between these
regions. The aether "stretch" is analogous to a "warping" of space-time -
and as such gravity is modified in this warped region of space.
This is in such a way, that the combination of like or unlike "poles" of
magnets will attract or repel other local warps.
The concept is still not complete in my mind - but I feel it is worthy of
some exploration. A consequence of this postulate occurred to me - that is
that certain configurations of magnetic fields should be able to cause
gravity alteration, or shielding - if this is true.
So as a result I want to study DeAquine's work more closely!
He may have put together a unification of known electrogravitic effects
(Biefeld-Brown), with magnetic effects - to find that all are related to
Gravity!?
Also, I find a similarity to my own anomalous, and as yet unrepeated gravitic
effect on a target mass of granite, using a Primary Energy beam. My
apparatus used a solenoid of copper strip, and the high magnetic field pulse
used was generated by a low voltage, and high current (10 V, 200 A) (although
there was a lot more to it than just that) (sadly I have not had any time to
add more material on this and other experiments to my Primary energy site
lately - hope to find more time soon)
With reference to a diamagnetic effect, or the gravity reduction above a
superconducting disc:
The field in DeAquine's device is an order or so of magnitude lower than that
required to cause diamagnetic levitation.
And the Podkletnov's superconducting disc result was obtained only under
exact duplication of his method/apparatus. And this method used a cooling
envelope of liquid helium vapor around the disc, and hence in the magnetic
fields of the disc, and the driving solenoids!
