Hi Folks,

Just wanted to share a couple of things. One, I read some time ago a simple
exercise one can do say in the morning, that was reported to be very
beneficial for overall health, and energy level.

It involves jumping or bouncing in place, either on your toes, or a mini
trampoline. A few minutes of this done daily, was supposed to help with
overall health and energy level, as well as the obvious aid to the lymphatic
system - to remove wastes and toxins (as it does not have a pump and relies
on muscular action).

The idea was that moving rhythmically in the earth's magnetic field, would
induce small currents in the various conducting systems in the body, and
stimulate activity of these systems.

Tried it for awhile, and it does seem to work. (for what it's worth - but
now "science" seems to find evidence to support energy as healer! -see last
post by Jerry with this title)

Second, the following technology, which has been around for some time in
other countries (I think the FDA won't approve it here), and has proven very
effective in many healing regimes.

It is based on a repeating, short duration, high energy magnetic pulse,
delivered via a heavy gauge "loop" of wire held over the relevant part of the
body.

The case histories and support by numerous doctors and other researchers are
quite impressive.

The circuit in the patent, uses a variable spark gap, usually in argon, and
the circuit as a whole looks to me like a primary of a Tesla coil.

The inventor, Dr. Pappas, claims and shows that this arrangement creates a
self generating set of harmonic frequencies, he calls "eigen frequencies",
that superimpose on the short pulses.

It is interesting reading, although the home page is a little sensational.
If you get past it, the case histories and evidence seems to back up the
claims.
