This recent patent was pointed out to me as possibly having relevance to the
Primary Energy that I detail on my web site. And I have done some
preliminary experiments with it.
It produces a very strong Primary Energy beam, or as some call it an inert
gas beam.
It also has a possible way to detect these subtle or lower phase beams and I
intend to investigate them.
I also touch on part of the outcome of the Theory, that gravity causes a
charge separation of free electrons in conductors or/and semi conductors, and
may be responsible for the atmospheric electric field we find ourselves in.
