Vindicator Scrolls

Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the Vindicator Scrolls book by
Stan Deyo? Amazon has it for $30 USD, but I'd like to see if I can find it
cheaper anywhere else.

Anyone who has this book, is it worth buying?
