Hi Again,
I just wanted to clarify a couple of things that I neglected to mention
previously. I just wanted to keep the whole thing simple.
Actually the only metal that doesn't participate in the electrolysis
reaction is platinum (as far as I know) and the best electrolyte is
Na2SO4 because this doesn't give off any products other than H2 and O2.
When using this electrolyte the water in the cell must be circulated on
a regular basis.
