In my judgement, _he believes himself_ and I think that the tone of his web
site has more to do with his inexperience in publicity than with an attempt
to defraud.....BUT:
He doesn`t have a working prototype...yet.
There is a company making it for him and it should be ready "in a couple of
weeks".
Let`s see what happens...
I made my usual offer: "If it works I`ll pay my own airfare and come to
verify it"
I really hope that one day soon I`ll get a chance to come back to the US -
I lived in California for 5 months and really enjoyed it.
