Hi Folks!

An alternate view of gravity from the new theories newsgroup;

Subject: Gravity is due to the Bjerknes force

Gravitation spreads instantly.

For, it is concerned with a "compression wave in an incompressible
medium".

Two pulsating bubbles in a fluid attract each other as 1/r2.

A bubble immersed into a turbulent fluid models a particle of matter.

The formation of structures consisting of bubbles in acoustic cavitation
is modeled with a particle approach. Each individual bubble feels forces
either directly through the sound field (primary Bjerknes force) or the
sound radiaded of nearby pulsating bubbles (secondary Bjerknes force).
Other forces, like added mass force and Stokes friction, are also taken
into account.
