I emailed the guy (Victor Rozsnyay) who is preselling flights on his
revolutionary `UFO` type vehicle. Here is his reply.
If people are actually making donations then they aren`t strictly investors...
If this is some kind of wierd scam then _someone_ should expose it for what
it is.

I'm not quiet sure if we spoke before or not. If yes
than I apologize for not remembering. We are in the
preliminary stages of Phase 2, and we are looking for
investors for this and partial Phase 3 funding but the
investment sought is quiet high (50M US dollars) and
our investor requirements are very strict. Since I
don't recall a conversation with you I'm not sure if
these are the numbers you had in mind when you
mentioned your friends who'd like to invest pending
progress.
