Hi Jim et al!

Here is a program that seems to do what you are
suggesting from a link on the mindsonginc.com URL;

---------------------------
The idea of a random noise generator that can be
influenced by directed thought is one of the projects
that are carried out at SRI (Stanford Research
Institute).

The technique is tantalizingly parallel to EVP where a
white or pink noise spectra is necessary to allow
formant filtering to produce audible speech.

David Oates (reverse speech) used to live about 6
blocks from me here in Dallas, years ago we talked
about using speech recognition and filtering software
to do automated analysis of reverse speech...we also
noted how EVP in many cases sounds like reverse
speech.

That means by audio processing AND possibly using
reverse speech techniques, we could get a much clearer
understanding of what was being said.

George Meek of Metascience did some fascinating
research with the EVP phenomenon before he sold his
company. His group determined it took a minimum of 13
simultaneous audio tones being played to produce a
cacophony of sound, each frequency of which could be
suppressed or enhanced to assist in forming audible
words.

'Each night, after the kiddies were tucked away, she
sat alone in a quiet room with a white-noise
generator, either a radio set to an unused channel or
a short sound loop of white noise from the computer.
The dead, she tells me, need to use electronic noise
as "a carrier" to speak with.'

There should be something useful or practical in all
this. I think it started with the dielectrokinetic
sensing device, then went to the influencing of random
noise by thought, now to influencing of white or pink
noise by 'thought' to produce voice.

Hmmm...so we take a pocket sized white noise generator
that is broadcasting through a small antenna, to a
casino and stand near to the effect we want to
influence, roulette, craps, slots, anything
mechanical...stand there a bit and let everything be
'saturated' with the field, then will the chance to
bias in our favor....or would it be better to use
electrostatics...people might suspect something
because their hair would stand on end when you were at
the table..<g>...
