problems with the list?

I haven't received anything from the list since the 21st. Specifically, the
last message I got was "New electrical transformers will improve power quality"
dated Saturday, August 21, 1999 9:54 PM. Looking at the archives, I see that
there are quite a few messages after that. Also, some of the final messages are
dated August 27, but I have no idea whether there's any connection between that
and the other problem.
