The magnetic energy of a permanent magnet is controlled by the"Ohsako's principle" which is a newly discovered spacemagnetism physical phenomenon and a rotor is continuously revolved andthe rotation force is taken out only by the magnetic energy of thepermanent magnet. A radial magnetic field is formed in a space between anouter stator consisting of a cylindrical permanent magnet and an innerstator consisting of a cylindrical permanent magnet whose size is smallerthat that of the outer stator. The rotor consisting of a permanent magnetis placed in the radial magentic field to convert the magnetic energyinto rotation energy
