Thought this might be of interest to the list,
I have just read the book Remote Viewing by Tim Rifat ( ISBN =
0-7126-7908-1 if anyone else wants to read it. ) and found some =
interesting info on the use of Tesla Coils.=20
Apparently whilst experimenting to find ways in which to increase the =
effectiveness of Remote Viewers the Russian intellegence service found =
that by tuning a Tesla Coil to radiate extremely low frequency (ELF) =
waves at 7.8 Hz, the Earth's Natural frequency ( Schumann Resonance ) it =
amplyfied Psychic ability tremendously by inducing a Theta state in the =
Remote Viewer.
It was later discovered that magnetic fields at 7.8 Hz were almost as =
good as the Tesla Coils.
Theta state is achieved at around 3 Hz the book claims so I assume from =
this that the Tesla Coil and magnetic field are just blocking out all =
the stray frequencies bouncing about the planet because as we well know =
our bodies are bombarded by TV, Radio, Cell Phones etc all the time and =
little is known about how they really affect they brain.
All the above might not supprise you BUT did you know that the Russians =
experimented with Tesla Coils in causing a whirpool effect to block the =
Remote Viewing at locations, and that it is rumoured Both Russian and =
American intelligence communities have installed such devices at all =
their top secret locations.
Now I can only speak for myself here but I am pretty sure this Remote =
Viewing thing works so IS IT surfing the Aether with your mind,=20
I believe that IT IS, so if a Tesla Coil can block the surfing surely it =
is directly affecting the Aether in it's local area.
I am going to read it again and see if there is anything I have missed =
that might be of interest to the list, Hope this little snippet of info =
might be of use to someone.
