This may not be what your looking for, and I am by no means an expert on this
subject, but I can think of of couple of things that do not use magnets.

Basically anything that causes a charge imbalance can be used to generate
power.

Electro-Chemical reactions like that of a ordinary battery.

Static Electricy, like in a Van de Graaf generator (typically these use an
Electric Motor to turn the belt, but a mechanical means could be used)
