help with question on acoustic standing wave

I'm working on an experiment, and I thought someone here might be able to
answer a question I have.

In the experiment, 2 speakers will be creating an acoustic standing wave.
The amplifier is rated at 120 watts. The low frequency response of the
speakers is 30Hz. Assuming I run the speakers off the left and right
channels of the amplifier, and the speakers will be facing each other,
approx 30 cm apart (this will be variable.) how can I determine the power
being pumped into the standing wave? (how I'll create the standing wave is
another matter.. I just want to make sure the power levels aren't high
enough to cause any tissue damage if I put my hand between the speakers for
any length of time.)

questions or comments?

thanks!
