your ou f/e motor/generator design if possible. Do you have complete
drawings and specifications for purchase or by e-mail? Manufacturing
licensing available? Scalable to power a home electrical loads?

Your invention is protected once you Notarise it or have a witness
deposition, used successfully here in the USA. Some people do not file a
patent due to the chance that the government will take it away, by calling
it a national security issue, or due to giving confidential info out to the
competition.
