Here is an interesting report on a no-fuel motor described by Edgar
Cayce in some of his readings.
It is interesting because it appears to be describing in one instance a
kind of heat pump motor (Clem), in another a Bessler wheel (using
mercury), in another a vibratory motor (as with Keely) and in another
tapping atmospheric power (Moray, Hubbard, Hendershot, etc.).
These are excerpts from the main pages posted at;

READING 4665-1
Chicago, Ill., this 8th day of March, 1928
1. [900]: You will have before you the gasless motor invented by [4666].
2. EC: Yes, we have the body and enquiring mind of [4666], also the
associations and those conditions surrounding the perfection of motor
which will develop power in its own action. As has been given, the idea
and the plans as have been worked out in part along those lines that
pull more of the power as produced in compression in drum, with the
leads made in these forms that gather vibrations from the air as is
forced through drum, are, as we find, the better application of the
created energy. In the cams [as] have been used too much slack or play
is allowed in their rotation. This is in the drum's head action that
these must be shortened in play.
3. The connection of [195] and [900] with same - best that these have
[4666]'s operations closer under their observations when the completed
product is near attained.
5. (Q) Is this machine the same as brought to Washington now by
Lindbergh? [Charles A. Lindbergh]
(A) No. As is here, the [4666] machine would operate on stationary
conditions impelling forces; even for now that in gas motors - for, as
tested by others, has more to do with that thrown in air and gaining its
impelling force from that source.
6. (Q) Would it operate perpetually if perfected?
(A) Not perpetually, but once started could be kept in motion by created
energy of its own source. Other has to have some source of impellation.
12. (Q) How many times will this machine whirl a ten foot propeller per
minute?
(A) Sufficient to keep same going in air. Stationary engine that would
and could be raised to 160 horse power or increased in build and in drum
to almost infinite power.
13. (Q) How much would a machine equal to four hundred horse power
weigh?
(A) Two hundred - three hundred - pounds.
14. (Q) How many times would it whirl a ten foot propeller?
(A) Forty-six hundred times a minute.
15. (Q) Any other advice you would give to [4666] concerning
construction of machine or anything you would give to us regarding same?
(A) In this relation might be considered first, to [4666], that there
must be perfect cooperation of the self and the will with those who
would assist in perfecting this from the material side. Also there must
be perfect cooperation with inner self to obtain that information that
would give self knowledge to apply same in connection with cosmic
relation. For force is one and in obtaining proper relation of energies
as set forth and released, these must coordinate.
3. (Q) The following claim for securing a basic patent has been evolved:
"Means of generating power within itself by relationship between water
or other liquids, and vacuum or contained air or contained gas - or
relationship between liquids and other properties with less specific
gravity than the liquid."
Or, would it be better to say, "Means of generating power within self by
a virtue of relationship of liquid to some other substance either
uncontained or contained that has the less specific gravity than the
liquid."
You will correct this in such a way that a basic patent could be
secured. Or give a better clause for basic patent on [4666] Motor.
(A) That as given in the last presentation would be correct in the way
to present same for the basic patent; that is, that means of generating
power within self through the relationship of that given between
specific gravity of liquid or other chemicals with other materials, with
that of water, in or through container, see? or that as last presented
would be the proper manner for presentation for basic patent.
In the make-up of the new manner, or the new drum this we find would be
the proper proportions for the drum: Eleven inches (11") in diameter,
and thirty-four inches (34") in length, with the seven inch (7")
eccentric; making the leads in the form of sprangles, and not so much
looseness - but sufficient for proper action in cams in end of drum.
These would be the proper proportions.
The steel drum will be more effective in giving off the proper
relationship between the chemicals, vacuum, and the water, and will
generate sufficient of the power to show the practicality and the
plausibility of the operation.
4. As for those conditions as given, or held here, respecting the
activity that is generated in the various forces as are brought in that
relativity of position and condition that brings into play, or action,
such elements or force - this [is] the manifestation of ONE element of
relativity of force.
Hence, as has been given, [in 4665-3, Par. 3-A] this may be clarified
with the addition of besprangled leads. [See dictionary definition of
these terms in Par. R1.]
5. In the conditions arising in the varied effects created, these are in
the general manner properly expressed or shown in that as held here.
If the small size should be built to gain a patent, and to use to
demonstrate to the patent attorneys to the committee in Washington, what
size motor should be used and how small amount of power should be
generated?
Would two inch eccentric throw and leads eight inches wide generate
power enough to turn the motor on? What are approximate dimensions of
small size motor that would work?
3. It becomes necessary, as given, for a model to be presented for
application of patent on such machinery. The size does not make a great
deal of difference, so the same ratio or proportions are kept for that
outlined. The variation in the specific gravity of chemical and other
ingredients through which the leads gain their control from combustion
as produced through activity of that change taking place in the matter -
these will operate under this same ratio, so the size as has been
outlined or considered with the leads, with the eccentric, if the size
as given will operate. These will generate sufficient power to
thoroughly demonstrate the plausibility and practicability of the
motor, built in that way and manner.
Forget not that in the operating the longitude and latitude must be
considered, or that direction north, east. south and west, and the
activities or principles that work with the force that is producing, or
inducing, the impelling force for the motor proper. While this
sensitiveness is nominal in some directions, in specific gravity has its
effect. Hence these must be taken into consideration.
14. (Q) Concerning the expansion of vibrations in active principle of
motive force in motor, is this a 4th dimensional phenomena, as per
statement written and held in my left hand?
(A) A 4th dimensional activity.
(is this referring to TIME as the 4th dimension??...Jerry)
15. (Q) Is electricity, sound, light and heat, similarly 4th
dimensional phenomena?
(A) Phases of same. Else how would there be the variation in the
activity of the atomic forces through etheric forces as radiate from the
sun itself, changed in the activity when same is considered in that of
any form of vacuum?
In the active principle as is set forth in the motive energy created by
the expansions as are seen in the motor, with the sprangle and the motor
- with the race - this is the same energy, only increased by its
activity being expanded in action, see? Just as the sun's rays piercing
that of the various phases of a vacuum force that is then come in accord
with atmospheric force, that impregnated with the various forms of
energy in its constant change as taking place about the sphere in its
motion, creating that as called high or low barometer activity, and in
same bringing about the force of wind.
This an expansion of the same forces as are created in the drum when the
expelling of the gravity in same in elements create that activity set in
motion, gathers from the same elements that create energy and force,
see? That's a good one! That's why we have wind - that's why when the
sun's rays are passed that point on the sphere known as Capricorn, or
those of the opposite point, we reach that radial center as is seen from
the sprangle on drum where each element takes on its activity in both
down and upward movement, or as is more crudely given in how that one
may by a similar motion continue to keep a pan, hat, glass, or any
object with a convex surface continually in air, as long as that
particular motion is kept in action.
Just the same as is created in the rays about which the sprangle takes
place in its action as it moves from end to end about a common center,
that in its activity keeps the expanding of the force set in motion to
create just that continual motion.
The motor, as we find, in its present status, does DEMONSTRATE - but
does not OPERATE to the satisfaction of those seeking to establish this
law of the relativity of forces as related to the gravitation and its
expansion.
.....there may be almost the SEALED forces between the chambers THROUGH
WHICH [there is] the activity of the various elements, or the two
elements proper. The forming of the second - in the activity of the oil
(castor) and of the quicksilver (the FOUNDATION of MOST metals), or that
at a VIBRATION that is active with motion and with the expansions as
come WITH motion
11. (Q) It was given from here that [195] should study a vibratory book.
This does not appear in publishers' list. Can a better listing of this
book be given?
(A) As we find, published by Henry Holt. [10/26/29 See 900-458, Par.
5-A--7-A expanding on this.]
12. (Q) Is it s late edition?
(A) It's an old one!
13. (Q) Old edition?
(A) Old edition.
14. (Q) Henry Holt of this country or England?
(A) In England.
3. (Q) Page 2 - lines 9 to 12. ["The positive may be considered as the
active forces in their activity and the negative as those tending to
keep the balance."] Please expand on this and give better explanation of
Positive and Negative Force.
(A) This [is] as GOOD an explanation as may be given, other than
illustrating same; for it IS a positive or a PLAIN STATEMENT as to the
conditions as regarding relativity of force; for POSITIVE is the active
and negative is passive, as illustrated by the article in its various
phases. The statement we would NOT expand upon in THIS instance, for it
(the statement) must react with the individual DEVELOPMENT of each
individual who takes the time to become positive OR negative to the
statement, and as one responds to same may the activity of the statement
be seen.
4. (Q) Page 3 - lines 1 to 8 - ["Consider Gravity - This applies right
here, there and everywhere. This, too, may be considered a negative
force, for it tends to balance the positive forces. Gravitational forces
are vibratory forces and might be defined as the centralization of
vibratory forces ready to change into power by non-activity."] Is
gravity a negative force? How could this be better explained here?
(A) Gravity in this SENSE - as explained in that, in the activity that
becomes passive in its force - gravity becomes the negative force, see?
even as is illustrated. Better illustration may be had in that of the
Radio-Active Appliance, as [to] how one becomes positive, the other
negative, dependent upon which way the cycle begins by the change in the
active force by which one is applied to a body in the first place, see?
5. (Q) Page 3 - lines 16 to 24 - ["With the assumption that their radial
forces are thrown off this planet at or near Cancer and Capricorn, then
it were possible when the vibrations of sun's rays at a certain
deflection on passing through these emanating radial vibrations to set
up a partial vacuum, thereby causing winds."] Is this correct?
(A) This correct.
6. (Q) Page 4 - lines 6 to 13 - ["The one substance vibrates in
different dynamic degrees, and sound, heat, light, electricity, are the
effections of the one substance by specific degrees of the One Energy,
and there is no difference between anything such as electricity and, say
iron, save in rate of effection."] Is this correctly stated?
(A) Correctly stated.
7. (Q) Page 5 - lines 5 to 20 - ["The heart in the human body may be
compared to the sun of a solar system. Then by analogy the sun is the
center of forces of the solar system. Similarly to the blood flowing
from the heart through the arterial system, Force emerges from the sun
drawn to the opposite polarity of the planets and in this outgoing flow
it would be possible to develop magnetism, electricity, light, color,
heat, sound, and lastly matter, in the order of lessening dynamic
degrees of vibration.
Matter then would be the offspring of energy and not the parent, as is
often thought."] Is this correctly stated?
(A) Correctly stated, and just what happens in the human organism.
8. (Q) Page 5 - lines 21 to 25 - ["It is more than probable that at the
sun's surface there are many higher degrees of vibrations than are known
or understood on this planet."] Is this correct?
(A) Correct.
9. (Q) Page 5 - lines 27 to 31 - ["When this force, decreasing in
vibrations to light and light waves, enter spectroscope, they will
emerge as colors. Evidence of flames and metals on fire on sun and stars
is in all probability due to etheric vibrations being broken into color
by formation of natural spectroscope at the sun or satellite under
observation."] Is this correct?
(A) This correct.
10. (Q) Page 6 - lines 3 and 4 - ["As given above these radial
emanations are negative forces."] Are radial forces negative forces?
(A) Not always are radial forces negative forces. Only when they become
passive, or of being acted upon as gravitation, do they become negative
forces - while they are emanating from the positive; else they would not
be drawn to the earth's force, in ITS emanation with the positive rays -
and they are positive rays.
