Does anyone know where to find Whittaker's 1903/4 papers on scalar EM?
A search on Keelynet and on the Web gave no results.
Nothing I've tried with a Sweet device has worked, probably because I'm
groping blindly in the dark, so maybe it's time to read some theory.
Is anyone doing Sweet-type experiments?
