The last one tonight !
Jerry,

Your summary is excellent and am beginning to see the light !
The starter motor had me flummoxed from the start because of the hydraulic
pump on the other side.
Why start the thing when the pump is an independent unit to provide the
pressure.
Clem noticed the running on effect not because of pressure but because of
the ZOK i.e. Zuig in Dutch and suck in english.
Schauberger's unit worked because after a certain revolution speed, a
harmonic vibration is set up that lines up the molecules and causes a
magnetic string effect through super conduction of the pressure wave heated
liquid oil
producing Zok (zoch is German for ,zuig, suction and pronounced as zok with
a very soft k)) over and above the pressure requirement.>
The heat exchanger is employed because of overheating causing carbonising
which has to be avoided. (I used to deepfry on the weekends in hotel
kitchens at one time!!.)>
There is no doubt in my mind that the pressure wave cannot be stopped once
generated ( the sound driven pump to obtain water from a great depth is
solely pressure wave action)
So if you want to try it, start off with a 6"diameter solid steel piece, and
cut the grooves afterward covered with a stainless cone. At the narrow end
stop the grooves before the end and make them end in 3/8 diameter holes
facing the shaft.
Use a sealed bearing over the end of the cone connected to a housing.
Between the bearing and the end of the shaft use standard oil seals capable
of holding 40 to 50 p.s.i and have an elbow connected to the heat exchanger
which is in direct contact with the oil.
Use the starter motor as indicated and spin it up to 3000 revs.
The cone will cause tremendous suction because of the kinetic energy
imparted to the rim (the same way a vacuum cleaner works) The speed with
which the oil travels through the grooves, no more than 5/16th inch square
to increase the friction. fluid travels in pipes in compression waves which
will be more pronounced in a square tube.
The compression waves will increase and probably reach a frequency either
reacting with the hydrogen or the carbon in the oil causing the magnetic
string effect and hey presto running on occurs.
The starter can than be uncoupled and the pulley used as a take off.
Make sure that you make your cone dimension adhere to the phi ratio for
maximum effect and to make doubly sure of vibrating within earth frequency,
make the length of the cone 298.23 mm long and 184.32 mm diameter at the
wide end
increase the wide end by 4 inches and lathe it down to a 1 " shaft to hold
the bearing oil seal through the drum end and the pulley
The other end will terminate in a 2" diameter bearing surface in addition
to the imaginary cone length requirement. The cone point will actually be in
the centre of the solid and the entry point of the oil.
Balance the thing to 5000 r.p.m which can be done by hand on two knife edges
so you won't have to spend much money on the exercise. Mount the whole
thing inside a 12 gallon drum and you should be away laughing.
Between us we may just lick the thing and I have a solid piece of aluminium
to try it with on a smaller scale so I don't have to spend any money but
for the cooking oil which I can eat afterwards.I have the fuel pipes of 3
car wrecks to play with.
Good luck and happy hunting !!

Good night from me
