The text indicates that sufficient physical agitation of water allows
greater absorbtion of the subtle energies in the environment at the time
of the agitation.
It seems as though it is a two-way process, that with sufficient
agitation the engergies previously absorbed will be released.
It sounds as though it is a challenging project, I would like to hear
more.
