Hi Folks!

The following interesting comments were sent in by Bruce Salisbury and
I thought you might find them of interest;

I was keenly interested in the tests bismuth and magnesium parts done
on behalf of Art Bell. I would like to point out a couple of
deficiencies that may dictate additional tests.

There has been a lot of relevant work done on reducing the
gravitational effect in materials that have unpaired nucleons in
materials such as copper and bismuth.

Wallaces patents talk about kinemassic effects of spinning these
materials in a magnetic field. Ling Ni's work in Alabama worked with
these effects around spinning superconductors. But if the samples you
have are indeed genuine, I would recommend a third alternative to how
this un-paired nucleonic precession
could be made to lessen the effect of a gravity field.

Instead of charging the bismuth sample with a Van De Graff generator,
which is direct current. I would suggest going back and retesting with
a tesla coil at the same voltages.

The difference would be that the Tesla coil is Alternating Current.
What you might see is as the current alternates, you are basically
making an internal field on the material rotate, but at much higher
rotational speeds that the measly 20,000 to 30,000 rpm accomplished by
Podkletnov (sic?)

I believe that the key lies at a frequency which is very close to the
precessional rate of Bismuths' nucleus.

The very thin bismuth layers sandwiched in between the thicker, more
robust magnesium layers gave me the idea that the system might be
designed for AC, and high frequencies.

Yours,
Bruce Salisbury

I also responded to Bruce about an old BUFO report that I read years
ago saying that one of their members had experimented with rotating
one copper disk next to a bismuth disk and that it levitated. He did
not electrify it. It was only a short blurb in one of their old
newsletters but I never forgot it...
