Interesting Opportunity

Hi Folks!

I know this really interesting guy named Willis Winters who lives near
Plainview, Texas. His email address is wwinters@texasonline.net

Don't get ticked of with this email because it will cover ecology and
something new with hydrogen that I've not heard of before.

I've not heard from Willis now in many months though I've sent him
several emails over that period. Now Willis is around 70 or so and is a
very honorable and respectable guy who I had the pleasure of meeting
through Jack Veach and Dr. MacDonald many years ago.

Willis surprised me tonight with a phone call just to touch base and to
let me know he'd moved from the city (Plainview) to a new place in the
country. Seems he traded his custom built energy efficient house in the
city for an ex-Emu farm with about 4 acres of land.

Now Willis has been involved in all kinds of projects and activities
over the years and I've never had the time to hang around with him for
an extended period to find out much of what he takes for granted or has
long since forgotten.

Somehow tonight we got to talking about the rains which led to
mosquitoes and Willis says a few years back, he developed a spray
composed of garlic and other ingredients that will repel mosquitoes
better than anything on the market. He says when he mixes habanajero
pepper with it, it will kill mosquitoes, aphids and other pests. He
sells this as a concentrate for those who might have problems.

I asked him if he'd ever considered selling this stuff through the net
and he said no, he's been selling it mostly to local buyers and friends
of his across the country but he is open to distributors if anyone might
want to do some testing and footwork. I know WalMart and other big
stores love products like this, non-toxic to humans yet do the job so if
you are at all interested in this, give him a shout and work out a test
and by all means let us know.

We also got to talking about free energy and hydrogen. He has his own
well for water and is, like most of us looking for ways to produce
electricity on his own. Willis says about 15 years ago he developed an
'enrichment formula' that will increase hydrogen from about 300 btu up
to that of natural gas at around 1000 btus. He says all you do is
bubble the hydrogen THROUGH this formula, not even under pressure and
when it comes out, it is more explosive and powerful. He believes it is
an addtion of carbon to the gas that makes this so.

Now, I don't have any proof of this beyond his word, but it certainly
sounds worth investigating because hydrogen made from water has long
been thought of a the fuel of the future. We talked about using
hydrogen under pressure to feed a fuel cell, where it combines with
oxygen to produce electricity with water as a byproduct, that's what
started all this.

If this 'enrichment formula' of his works as claimed, we might be able
to use the relatively low production hydrolysis techniques to increase
the yield simply by bubbling through this formula. At this time, its
simply speculation but I told him I would post it and see if anyone
might be interested in testing it.

He is not very net literate so webpages and all are beyond what he wants
to get involved in, however, if you have a product line that you'd like
to add this stuff to or maybe start something entirely new, especially
with the hydrogen enrichment, please feel free to contact him.
