Hi! Robert: Please go back and mentaly visualize what is going on
when you revolve an ecentric magnetic dish in a tractive stator.
You missed the entire objective of the experiment. If you have a
rotor with magnets concentric with the axis of rotation and an
offset stator the Aetheric vortex always occurs at the same point
in the unit. We are trying to create an Aetheric "drag effect"
useing offset rotor to create a very large Aetheric Vortex sort of
like a small tornado. Magnet flux fields rapidly changing entrain
the Aethreric flow so all we are doing is providing the stirring
paddle via the offset rotor. Think about it. The offset stator
will not give you the desired effect. Comments? Norm
