With regard to the idea that our ancestors did not have the technology
or drive to explore the world, some of my associates and I believe our
ancestors had technology which we still don't recognize or comprehend.
Such as the Dendera photographs of the large vacuum tubes, a picture of
an Ankh which has what look like coils and speakers, a diagram
reminescent of the Dotto ring.
David Hamel of the Hamel disc says he was told that periodically the
earth goes through major climatic upheavals which decimates the
population...to help save it, unusual technologies are given to the
inhabitants so they can save at least a portion of their civilization,
that on their return, they inevitably debase and lose the art of that
technology and that much of what we relegate as religious or funerial
devices are in fact, technical devices using a science we don't yet
recognize. I believe that science is based on implosion but that's my
personal belief.
I think it quite probable the ancients knew how to to alter gravity and
possibly negate it for flight, making it an easy thing for them to
explore the entire world and leave traces of their passing.
Take the idea of angels. If you could really control the gravity
holding you to the earth, reduce it to a couple of pounds or so, you
could with artifical wings, fly through the air quite easily, like
birds....primitives would anthromorphosize such sightings into whatever
makes sense for them...like the ancient Norsemen envisioning thunder as
the Thunder God Thor swinging his mighty hammer and lightning being due
to his letting the hammer loose to strike something and produced the
sparks of lightning.
So too would flying or artificially winged men be viewed as something
wonderful and godly.
Got this interesting post which I thought the list might find of
interest;
==================
Hi, I have recently read an article from your site. It was entitled
CANYON, and spoke of possible finds at the Grand Canyon last century.
It stated that there was evidence that these finds were Egytian in
nature or influence.
The Smithsonian has given information in error, that no Egyptian finds
of any type were located in the United States.
As you already may well know, there are not a few finds appearing to
have direct Egyptian links or influence in these United States.
One of the most immediate to my mind is Anubis Cave in Colorado. It is
named so because the pictogram or hieroglyphic of Anubis is found
within.
There are two books that I know of that document known sites of related
Egyptian petroglyphs, along with the script and petroglyphs found at
same.
The first book is 'IN PLAIN SIGHT' by Gloria Farley, Hoffman Printing
Company in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
The second book is 'AMERICA B.C.' by Dr. Barry Fell published by
Pocket Books.
Now, if you might have any further information on THE CRUMPF BURIAL CAVE
which is documented in the same CANYON article, I would appreciate it if
you would relate it to me.
Stone coffins were used by early Christians in the earliest years BC (I
know other cultures also used them).
I live in the county in which this cave is located. Two counties
directly west of here has been found ancient Olgum script.
It states that those who left it were Christians and had been travelling
from "the East".
Considering the fact that the easiest way to begin an eastward journey
in this part of Alabama would be to come up the Mobile River and into
the Warrior River System, we could very well be seeing evidence of the
same travellers.
If there were to be any of this Olgum script around this cave site, it
needs to be identified, translated, and protected.
There is a strong possibility that the name may have been changed due to
saltpetre mining late last century. Any extra information that would
aide in narrowing the location of this site would be greatly
appreciated. Sincerely, **************
