I put together the cheap strobe light $10 kit from Tech America FC & worked
first shot. This thing only kicks out 13 watts max for the moment
(I will fix that), and is plugged directly into the wall no isolation
transformer, no fuse, no case, & no reflector. I still have to hunt down some
magnetic wire.
My question is what is an effective & safe treatment with these magnetic
pulsing devices ?. Number of pulses per seconds & number of minutes &
the number of days ?
