Evan, How can Newman sue Minn-Kota if he does'nt have
a patent?
When the Minn-Kota issue came up a few years ago I
purchased a motor from K-Mart that Minn-Kota claimed
was four times more efficient than their other models.
I took it apart and found the only reason it was more
efficient was because it had pulse width control, their
other models used resistors for speed control.
