Melatonin production decrease when you age.
When you die is it at zero.
It also says that melatonin supplements may increase your lifespan a
few decades....
Have noticed a lot of discussion on health here, so I thought this might
be interesting...
And it is a great sleeping drug with no side-effects that I know of...
(Maybe no dream recall if taken in too large dose...)
