Much the same as the calm still pool (void) set in circling
reverberations by a pebble tossed into its centre. The pebble
cast by an intelligence superior to the denizens of the affected
medium and one who is external, separate to the medium and yet
can observe it.
Interestingly, as far as sound is concerned even the Bible indicates
a linkage to acoustics... in the Beginning was the 'WORD' and the
'WORD' was with God and the 'WORD' was God. Creation appears to
have become manifest by the 'utterance' of intention.
