Sent Stefan (creator of the web page) an enquiring email about this
'Gravity Converter'. Stefan informs me that the machine is not at present
working - hopefully more in a couple of weeks. There does'nt seem to be any
data that directly indicates that this machine has been witnessed in
operation. The theory looks a bit spooky from my point of view, we'll have
to wait and see.
