I've been looking at this for a couple of weeks now.
My Deutch is horribly rusty so I've not been able to make heads or
tails of the device Stefan's been going on about on his site now
for at least a month or more. This is the first english page I've
seen about the device to date. It looks interesting to say the least
and it might be the first real overunity device to show real power
output- I'm adopting a wait-and-see attitude at this point over
the device.
