Another Lost Information Source

Hi Folks!

Over the past two years or so, we are seeing the gradual loss
individuals or the dissolution of groups who have either been major
players or networkers in the alt science and alt information arenas.

My personal concerns persist with regard to why no one has yet achieved
that which I hope we ALL seek, a working device or technology whose
proof of principle can at least be freely shared in a simplified form.

Barring that; the conferences and information exchanges are VITAL to
keeping the lines of communication and discussion open so that when
someone INEVITABLY discovers and shares a working alt tech proof, we
will all have immediate detailed knowledge of it.

Recently, my closest and dearest friend succumbed to the ravages of lung
cancer and with her passing, thus ended the marvelous effort she put
forth to establish and maintain the Eclectic Viewpoint here in Dallas.

Her friends were many across the country and those who were closest are
most concerned with legal shenanigans now being used to take over her
Eclectic Viewpoint structure, mailing list and product line (mostly
tapes, books and sales of a material called Ace Mannon).

Cheyenne had a wide range of speakers and her efforts launched many into
the public limelight who had only danced around the edges, just when her
efforts were taking off with name recognition and several major
successes, it was all cut short.

The reason I am posting this to the KeelyNet list is to urge all of you
to support groups and people who you think are doing work that is
important to our goals of networking, experimentation and eventually
developing technologies which many currently consider impossible.

Support them NOW, not when its too late. Anyway, to show how greed and
power has reared its ugly head here in our lives and to the great
disrespect of our dear friend Cheyenne, check out this website;

The IANS folded, the ITS is on the brink, so many have died without
seeing their work proven and above all, probably the most important part
of human existence (beyond children) is that their technology should
have made it into PRACTICAL USE.

Despite arguments in favor of patenting and trying to capitalize on such
avant garde technologies, none have seen the light of practical usage.

IMO, STILL, the only way to 'get it out' is to share at least a proof of
principle that lets anyone who wants to do the experiment, verify the
claim. Yes, others will jump on it and probably go far in expanding it
beyond the inventors initial work, but the idea is to lock in who the
inventor is and let subsequent events provide the rewards and accolades
that he/she would merit.
