Ken,

Cloudbusters are EXTREMELY dangerous to work with. They have been known
to kill people as well as cause severe and freakish weather... much of
the odd / harsh weather occuring in the world today may likely be caused
in part by those who knew enough about how to build one but lacked the=20
understanding of using it properly. While construction is simple,
proper usage is extremely complex... as an example, suppose you needed
a chiropractic adjustment... would you go to a Chiropractor or would
you ask a plumber to twist your neck? More to the point... assume
you 'just wanted to find out' if the plumber could at least do the job...=
see=20
if if he was capable... well if he makes a mistake... it might be the las=
t=20
thing you ever do. If you absolutely must build one then do NOT
leave it running long, get a multimeter and measure the orgonic pressure
which appears to create some kind of electro-static displacement measure=
d=20
in millivolts. You'll likley be quite surprised to find this simple=20
apparatus producing what appears to be electricity! To find out how
to do this... you can read through my older posts on experimenting with
orgone. At least this way you can determine for yourself whether there
is anything to the claims.

regards,

don
