Probably Not. The whole subject of actual scalar wave technology is open to
interpretation. If we are to believe Bearden the Russians shot down the
space shuttle using this technology.(maybe he has recanted) I always
believed bigger was better, perhaps this is Russian mentality. Anyways he
who hesitates is lost so I will describe my interpretation of this scalar
hypothesis. A huge air core inductor can easily be set into a high
frequency whereby radio waves or EM emission takes place. Two such radio
sources could be made in opposition,or 180 degrees out of phase. Supposedly
then the transmission then becomes phase locked if they come from
identical origins. This means that a sensor looking for EM would detect
nothining from this scalar emitter. Now imagine that the inductor has a
mirror image counterpart and that the two magnetic fields that osscillate
can do so in opposition. So when the north magnetic field comes out at a
pole of the inductor it is met by another north magnetic field in
opposition. Likewise when polarity reversal occurs two south poles meet in
the same space at opposition. Now where the magnetic fields collide is a
plane of cancelled fields (considering 3 dimensions). Thus where a radio
wave propagates spherically the scalar wave of cancelled action can act 2
dimensionally in a phase locked action. Now one of these phase locked
planar waves can become unlocked if it meets another phase locked wave
created from opposite polarity compression. (This becomes a romantic
reunion). Thus a scalar station simultaneously compressing a north
reacting with a station compressing a south produces phase unlocking at the
aimed target, which is preferably located at 90 degrees for best effect. 9
out of 10 patriots prefer this aiming to be directed towards the bureau of
public extortion's computers so that no one is actually allowed to drive a
vehicle. But alas our efforts have come short of the actual
accomplishment.The preceeding scenario actually must occur at radio freq.
