Ever though Schauberger didn't know it by the name, he was making water
with high
Zeta Potential. alll minerals, metals, protiens, amino acids and most
hydroxides never go into solution. Rather they are held in suspension by
electronegative, electrostatic charges on minute particles called
solloids. Colloids are particles like dust in air.
Zeta potential is the measure of the charge on these particle. The
higher the Zeta Potential, the greater the charge and the lower the
surface tension. The ZP of a liquid determines the ability to carry
material in suspension. As ZP drops, material begins to settle out,
flocullate and coagulate.Living water is water with a high Zp.
Valence of the elements and compounds in solution determines the basic
chemical colloidal stability of a solution but there are many ways to
alter this.

I doubt the process described would create that but it is possible.
Call them and ask what is the Zeta Potential when produced and 3 days
later.
Range should be minimum -35 mv; 65mv would be good; 85mv. would be
excellent
