OK. So what would have to be done to do this? I'm thinking in terms of a plan. Is there a way we could take this big problem -- building a Clem engine -- and break it into smaller parts. I would very much like to see some creative brainstorming on this list about what tasks would need to be done. If we get these tasks out in the open and people will see where their abilities can be applied. IMO, we need a certain critical mass to boot strap this.

We're engineering types here. This is a real world problem. What's the real world solution?
