Well, I don't think any society could ever be "perfect", but I think
one that is a lot better than ours could be created.. Also, I'm not
sure what religion or athiesm has to do with a non-money based society,
because I don't believe either is required for a society like this to
work.. a person's religious beliefs, or lack thereof, should be their
own business and not that of society..
As for everyone thinking the same way.. if that was the case, then
nothing would ever get done. no new inventions, no creativity, etc.
In the case of religion however, I'm not sure what effect that would
have...
