hi your are almost right but they've gotten much further within a few tenths
of a degree kelvin (the absoulute scale) almost to zero theoreticaly atoms
stop moving at this temperature and only zpe is active (hence it's name) it is
very difficult to do this and absoulute zero effects are still conjecture
since it's never been made. i do know of an MIT sciencetist a mr. graph who is
trying to reach it
