I have a brief article at my web site.

Basically it consists six outer electro magents with like pole facing
inwards at 60 degree separation and four pm simular poles facing
outwards on a rotor placed at 90 degrees.

The electromagnets would be pulsed when aligned with each pm postion.
four electromagnets design to rotate magnet and two to gather power
from the spinning motion rotor.

Not sure design performs OU but have seen motor version working
