Hi Don!

When all the flak was going on it became clear the fight was between
Demeo and Carlinksy. We didn't want to get involved in that because it
was something they must work out between themselves.

It was impressive that Carlinsky stood his ground about the
responsibility issue and very telling that others who took the same
tack, whether or not they invoked the Carlinksy paper, were equally
castigated by Demeo and his minions. That was and is wrong and
certainly points to some hidden guilt as in Shakespeares 'methinks the
lady doth protest too much', hand in the cookie jar and all that.

However, you do what you can and go on with life.

As to advanced knowledge, as far as I know, much of what Reich taught is
available for those who seek it and some have gone beyond the original
research efforts and posted or otherwise written about their findings.

I don't think Chuck has and I know I haven't set ourselves up as being
experts, as in THE experts on Reich. Chucks interest is way more
pronounced and his knowledge more detailed and specific than mine which
has never really been that interested in Reich.

In fact, if Chuck ever gets through with a project he's working on
(don't shoot me Chuck but you know what it will lead to in the orgone
field..<g>..)...I think there will be some incredible, previously
unknown insights and correlations into orgone energy. But that's up to
Chuck - when he will be ready to post it that is.

I hope all of us recognize that there are no single experts on anything,
everyone has pieces, some more than others and through sharing
information via websites, files, papers, observations, discussion lists,
phone calls, meetings, conferences, etc..we all get a chance to add
pieces to build, support or correct our own worldviews.

Speaking for myself, I am no expert on anything and don't claim to be,
though I have studied Keely to some degree and alternative science areas
to various other degrees, none of which have apparently been enough
since I don't have a working device to share with anyone...<g>....but
plod on we must...
