I have no idea, but whatever did it SEPARATED THE VOID to create the
difference of potential in the first place...all else is simply nature
trying to reachieve equilibrium..

I agree that the word power is a bit imprecise..it is to my view a
difference of potential...the amplitude of 'flow' of whatever that
occurs when two potentials try to come to equilibrium is power. It
doesn't have to be current, it can be water, air, magnetic flux, ions,
light (theres a thought light to dark as difference of
potential...<g>..), whatever.

If you are referring to the continual birth and death of the universe,
there is no question of it, well, IMO.
