Have to go to work so I'll be brief:

A while ago I was "mucking around". And did the following

-1 small steel can : Empty :)
-one copper copper coil wrapped on toilet roll inner :)
-One 1" wide copper strip wrapped around the outside of the can (don't ask
why, having fun at the time)
-drilled holes in the centre of both ends of can.
-Inserted coil...leads through both holes.

Inserted handfull by handfull was the following:
-Garden Lime
-polystyrene beads - commonly found in bean bags
then sprayed with vinager to react with lime.

Do this until full.

I Think that it gave a constant voltage of .57 or something volts, and .003
milli amps...always...I connected the two terminals together of the
capacitor (?) left it like this for ages. Measured with "A VOLT METER" and
after about three seconds it whamed back up to almost exactly the same
reading....hmm

Well I thought it was interesting
