what an interesting observation.... it would make sense to
possibly indicate predisposition of sensitivity to the hum...
I remember something about a reference Bearden made to a Tesla
Shield, two scalar transmitters that could create an 'electronic bottle'
and warp it around an object or locale. Could such a shield if properly
erected provide protection against something like the hum? Since
my knowledge of scalar waves is pre-junior... I simply don't know
myself...
