I had ask the inventor for permission to do a legitimate scientific study
using double-blind methods on subjects and to verify frequency transfer or
structural domain changes within aqueous solution using IR. spectrograph,
this study would have cost him nothing. He seems to have inventors disease
and got all defensive an upset that anybody but him could dare understand,
his New age mambo jumbo.
As a side note the program is written in national instruments Lab View (an
icon based programming language) it would be very easy to open the program
up and see what is really going on.
As he was unwilling to do anything but adhere to anecdotal claims, my
conclusion is it is not worth pursuing
