Why not take a piece of quartz or some other kind of piezoelectric =
substance and cut it so that its center frequency is the loudest sound =
freq produced by the water falling at Niagara or something like that? =
Put several of them there and hook them up in a series-parallel =
combination so that you could produce suitable voltage AND current and =
then tap that power?
